Training and support required
Two-day Introduction courses followed by one-day onsite support.
The company had been using InDesign for a number of months but wanted to ensure that users were using the software’s features such as styles, tables and automatic numbering to their best advantage.
The first stage was to receive a series of PDFs from the client to determine which of InDesign’s features would be most beneficial for their particular requirements. From these a series of exercises were drawn up to show them working successfully.
After two days of training we provided onsite support as the users started to put into practice what had been covered on live documents.
