One-day Introduction courses using existing documents as courseware. Email and telephone support.
The company were overly reliant on an external designer to create and then edit marketing material. Although completely new to InDesign, by using their own documents during the training, users were able to successfully make editorial amends and create print-ready PDFs by the end of the course.
Fundamentals on design and trypography were also requested and included on the course, as was a series of links on where to explore both subjects further.
