One- and two-day Introduction courses tailored by magazine title and job role. Onsite support as software installed. One-to-one follow up sessions. Tailored notes and shortcut guide created.
The client needed to migrate all Art, Editorial and Production staff from QuarkXPress to InDesign.
Dedicated courses were created for each role and tailored further for each title using the client’s own documents and templates to ensure training was as focussed and effective as possible.
Following the training we provided onsite support/handholding as the sofware was introduced as well as email/telephone support to help ensure a smooth transition from one program to another.
